摘  要:利用天然气燃烧产生的热烟气对钛白粉进行闪蒸干燥,可初步得到成品,但需要消耗大量燃料。为了降低热风炉的燃气耗量,对原有工艺增设换热器,从闪蒸干燥袋滤器后的烟气取热,来预热热风炉的助燃空气和二次混合空气,可在满足热烟气需求的同时减少热风炉的燃气耗量。通过对闪蒸干燥工艺改造及实际应用进行分析对比,基本得出热管式换热器在闪蒸干燥工艺中的余热回收效果。Flash drying of titanium dioxide with hot flue gas from natural gas combustion can obtain the finished product initially,but it needs a large amount of fuel.In order to reduce the gas consumption of the hot air furnace,a heat exchanger isadded to the original process,in which heat will be recovered from hot flue gas after theflash dry bag filter,to preheat the combustion air and secondary mixed air of hot air furnace.It can meet the requirement of hot flue gas and reduce the natural gas consumption.In this article,through the analysis and comparison of the flash drying process and its practical application,the heat recovery effect of the heat pipe heat exchanger in the flash drying process is basically obtained.
