防疫物资中危险品航空运输保障的探索与实践

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情发生以来,大量防疫物资急需通过民航运输,其中包含具有易燃性、腐蚀性的危险品。疫情当前,既要保障运输速度又要保障运输安全。介绍了中国民航危险品运输管理中心在防疫物资危险品航空运输技术支持和服务方面的探索实践,并就未来工作提出建议,以期为后疫情时代民航危险品货物运输以及未来不可预知的突发公共卫生事件应急物资运输保障提供思路。Since the outbreak of Corona virus disease(COVID-19),a large number of anti-epidemic materials,including flammable and corrosive dangerous goods,have been urgently needed to be transported by air.To ensure both transportation speed and transportation safety is necessary.In this paper,the exploration and practice of China Civil Aviation Dangerous Goods Management Center in the technical support and service of dangerous goods air transportation in anti-epidemic materials are introduced,and suggestions for future work are put forward,in order to provide ideas for the transportation of dangerous goods by air in the post epidemic era and the transportation support of emergency materials for unpredictable public health emergencies in the future.
