摘  要:目的设计研制富氧膜与变压吸附制氧结合的联合制氧系统,探索两种制氧模式相结合的制氧工艺。方法通过理论计算、三维设计和性能试验,实现对富氧膜制氧组件和变压吸附制氧组件结构、制氧工艺的优化设计和制氧系统性能验证。结果先富氧膜后变压吸附的联合制氧系统制氧浓度可达约95%。结论较之单独的变压吸附制氧装置,在保持出氧压力和制氧量稳定的前提下,先富氧膜后变压吸附的联合制氧工艺能将制氧浓度提升2%以上。Objective To design and develop a combined oxygen production system combined with oxygen-enriched membrane and pressure swing adsorption(PSA),and to explore the oxygen production process of the two oxygen production modes combined.Methods Based on theoretical calculations,3D design and performance testing,the structure and oxygen production process of the two oxygen production modes were optimized,and the performance of the oxygen production system was verified.Results The oxygen production system with oxygen-enriched membrane and PSA could achieve an oxygen production concentration of 95%.Conclusion Compared with the PSA oxygen production device,the combined oxygen production process of oxygen-enriched membrane followed by PSA can increase the oxygen production concentration by more than 2%as long as the oxygen output pressure and oxygen production remain stable.
