草海鲫鱼胚胎和幼鱼发育的初步研究

摘　　要：文章通过人工繁殖的方法取得草海鲫(Carassius auratus)的受精卵,并在显微镜下对草海鲫鱼的胚胎以及幼鱼发育的各个时期的外部形态特征进行拍照记录和观察。研究显示:草海鲫鱼的受精卵呈似球状的椭圆形,沉性卵,浅黄色,具粘性。成熟的草海鲫鱼卵的卵径为1.50mm,吸水膨胀后的卵径为1.73mm。草海鲫受精卵在水温为23℃~26℃的条件下,仔鱼孵化出膜需要45.5hrs,刚刚孵化出膜的仔鱼全长平均值为3.55±0.25mm,当仔鱼体型与成鱼相似时全长平均值可达9.68±0.75mm。In this paper,the fertilized eggs of Carassius auratus were obtained by artificial reproduction,and the external morphological characteristics of Carassius auratus embryos and juveniles were photographed and observed under a microscope.The results showed that the the fertilized eggs of Carassius auratus were spherical oval,sinking eggs,light yellow and sticky.The egg diameter of mature Carassius auratus is 1.50mm,and 1.73mm after water expansion.When the water temperature is 23℃~26℃,it takes 45hrs 30mins for the larvae to hatch the membrane.The average length of the larvae that have just hatched the membrane is 3.55±0.25mm.When the size of the larvae is similar to the adult fish,the average length of the larvae can reach 9.68±0.75mm.
