大蒜素对鲤鱼免疫力的影响

摘　　要：该试验旨在研究不同水平的大蒜素(ALLITRIDE,二烯丙基硫代亚磺酸酯或二烯丙基二硫醚C_(6)H_(10)S_(2O))对鲤(Cyprinus carpio)机体免疫力的影响。试验选择600尾健康无病、体重相近的鲤随机分成4个处理组,每组150尾。各组分别饲喂添加含有0mg/kg(对照组)、50mg/kg(50mg/kg大蒜素组)、100mg/kg(100mg/kg大蒜素组)、200mg/kg(200mg/kg大蒜素组)大蒜素的试验饵料。试验周期为56d。试验结束,采集各组鲤血液,检测各组血清中免疫指标。结果表明,和对照组比较,在鲤生产中使用100mg/kg和200mg/kg的大蒜素可以显著提高血清中免疫球蛋白M的水平(P<0.05);添加100mg/kg的大蒜素可以显著降低鲤血清中白细胞介素-6水平(P<0.05);大蒜素对鲤血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α及补体水平产生显著性的影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,在鲤的养殖中使用适量的大蒜素可以提高血清中免疫球蛋白水平,降低促炎因子水平,且大蒜素的最适添加水平为100mg/kg。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Allitride(C_(6)H_(10)S_(2O))on the immunity of Cyprinus carpio.A total of 600 healthy and disease-free Cyprinus carpio with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 150 fish in each group.The pigs in each group were fed the experimental diet supplemented with 0mg/kg(control group),50mg/kg(50mg/kg allitride group),100mg/kg(100mg/kg allitride group)and 200mg/kg(200mg/kg allitride group)allitride,respectively.The test period was 56 days.At the end of the experiment,the blood of each group was collected and the serum immune indexes of each group were detected.The results showed that compared with the control group,the use of 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg allitride in the production of Cyprinus carpio significantly increased the serum immunoglobulin M level(P<0.05);Adding 100mg/kg allitride significantly decreased the serum interleukin-6 level of Cyprinus carpio(P<0.05);Allitride had significant effects on serum tumor necrosis factor-αand complement levels(P>0.05).The studies have shown that the appropriate amount of allitride in Cyprinus carpio breeding can increase the serum immunoglobulin level and reduce the level of pro-inflammatory factors,and the optimal supplemental level of allitride is 100mg/kg.
