养虾池中1株副溶血弧菌的分离和鉴定

摘　　要：该研究从凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)养虾池的水体中分离得到一株致病菌,对其进行生理生化、16S rDNA鉴定,最终确定该致病菌株为副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)。采用该菌进行凡纳滨对虾浸染实验,结果表明:该菌的致病能力较强,在1×10^(5)cfu/mL的浓度下,出现附肢发红、肝胰腺肿大的症状。In this study,a pathogenic bacterium was isolated from the water of Litunaeus vannamei.The pathogenic strain was identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus by physiological,biochemical and 16S rDNA identification.The results showed that the pathogenic ability of this bacterium was strong.At the concentration of 1×10^(5)cfu/mL,the appendage redness and hepatopancreas enlargement appeared.
