摘  要:当地震灾害发生后,需尽快开展震损水库除险加固工作,以避免发生次生灾害。基于改进的熵权法确定震损水库评估指标权重,结合逼近理想解排序法与灰色关联分析法,构建灰色理想值逼近模型,评价水库综合价值测度和除险加固顺序,并采用改进灰色聚类方法对比验证该模型的准确性。When the earthquake disaster occurs,it is necessary to carry out the earthquake-damaged reservoir reinforcement work as soon as possible to avoid secondary disasters.Based on the improved entropy weight method to determine the evaluation index weight of earthquake-damaged reservoir,combined with the approximation ideal solution ranking method and grey correlation analysis method,the grey ideal value approximation model was constructed.The comprehensive value of reservoir and the reinforcement sequence were evaluated.The improved grey clustering method was used to compare and verify the accuracy of the model.
