摘 要:土石坝极限抗震能力是评估土石坝抗震安全性的重要内容.然而目前国内尚无规范明确规定土石坝极限抗震能力的评价标准,且已有的关于土石坝地震破坏评价要素及其指标的研究成果尚不统一,此外还存在不同要素的指标得到的安全裕度不协调的问题.本文基于系统的高土石坝(坝高大于200 m)地震整体弹塑性变形和坝坡局部滑移量数值分析、全面的实测工程资料调研对比研究,提出了确定高土石坝极限抗震能力评价标准的4项基本原则:严格依据实测土石坝震陷率和震害程度映射关系;保证极端地震时不溃坝;震陷率是关键控制指标;确保震陷率、坝坡滑移量、接缝止水等评价要素的协调性.据此最终建议了地震条件下高面板坝和心墙坝的极限抗震能力的评价量化指标.研究成果可为高土石坝极限抗震能力分析提供重要的标准依据.The ultimate aseismic capacity is important to evaluate the seismic safety of a rockfill dam.However,no specification in China explicitly stipulates the criteria for the ultimate aseismic capacity of a rockfill dam.Existing evaluation factors and their indices to represent earthquake-induced damage to rockfill dams are not unified,and there is a problem with the safety degrees obtained by the indexes of different evaluation factors not being coordinated.In this study,a large number of systematic analyses of overall elasticplastic deformation and slip deformation of high rockfill dams(height>200 m)under earthquake are performed in addition to a comparative study of measured engineering analysis.Based on the above studies,four basic principles for determining the criteria for the ultimate aseismic capacity of a high rockfill dam are proposed:strictly following the mapping relationship between the relative settlement ratio of dam crest and the damage degree of dams under earthquake,ensuring that the dam can not be a collapse in extreme earthquakes,taking the relative settlement ratio of dam crest as the key control evaluation factor,and ensuring the coordination of different evaluation factors such as the relative settlement ratio of dam crest and the slip deformation of dam slope.Finally,the criteria for the ultimate aseismic capacity of a high concrete face rockfill dam and a core-wall rockfill dam under earthquake conditions are proposed.The findings of the study could provide an important standard basis for determining the ultimate aseismic capacity of a high rockfill dam.
