摘 要:海洋环境调查是海洋资源开发中重要的基础性工作之一,贯穿于油气资源勘探开发和生产运维等全生命周期。海上油气田已积累海量的多源、异构、多维海洋环境数据,但海洋环境数据管理分散,缺乏统一的数据管理平台。本文分析了多源海洋环境敏据管理现状及挑战,利用多源异构海洋预报数据集成服务、海洋预报数据动态可视化、基于拉格朗日法的风场仿真与多尺度表达等多项关键技术创新地构建了海洋环境大数据平台,并已经在“深海一号”作业和工程设计方面进行了成功应用。Marine environment survey is one of the important basic work of marine resources development,which runs through the whole life cycle of oil and gas resources exploration,development,production,operation and maintenance.Massive multi-source,heterogeneous and multidimensional marine environmental data have been accumulated.However,the management of marine environmental data is scattered and there is no unified marine environmental big data platform.This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of multi-source marine environmental data management,and innovatively builds a marine environmental big data platform by using multiple key technologies such as multi-source heterogeneous marine forecast data integration services,dynamic visualization of marine forecast data,Lagrangian based wind field simulation and multi-scale expression,which has been successfully applied in the operation and engineering design of "Deep Sea No.1".
