摘 要:由于传统电缆敷设技术施工周期长,消耗大量人力物力且容易出现质量问题,为保证电缆敷设效率和质量,提出基于三维模型的变电站二次电缆模拟敷设技术。以某变电站施工为例,在三维软件中建立模型、电气连接点和电缆通道,利用粒子群算法得到电缆敷设最短路径,通过三维模拟软件完成电缆虚拟敷设。实验表明,使用电缆模拟敷设技术敷设后,重叠线路的数量不超过2条,可提高电缆敷设安全性。Since the traditional cable laying technology has a long construction period,consumes a lot of manpower and material resources and is prone to quality problems,in order to ensure the efficiency and quality of cable laying,a cable laying technology in substation construction was proposed.Taking the construction of a substation as an example,the model,electrical connection points and cable channels were established in 3D software.The shortest path of cable laying was obtained by particle swarm algorithm,and the virtual cable laying was completed by 3D simulation software.Experiments show that after using the cable simulation laying technology,the number of overlapping lines after laying does not exceed 2,which ensures the safety of cable laying.
