摘  要:以热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为原料制备静电纺丝纳米纤维膜,分别采用化学黏合、热熔黏合和添加助剂直接纺丝黏合3种工艺将其与涤纶和棉织物复合,探究复合工艺对复合面料基本性能和结合牢度的影响。测试结果表明:添加助剂直接纺丝黏合能提高TPU纳米膜与涤纶面料的结合牢度,同时复合面料具有较好的透气透湿性能;化学黏合复合面料具有较好的透气透湿性能,但成本高且工艺复杂;热熔黏合复合面料的结合牢度高,但无法确保纤维膜的完整性。Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)was used as raw material,electrospinning nanofiber membrane was prepared,and it was composited with polyester and cotton fabric respectively by the following three processes:chemical bonding,hot melt bonding and direct spinning bonding with added auxiliaries,and the influence of the composite technology on the basic properties and bonding fastness of the composite fabrics was investigated.The test results showed that the direct spinning bonding with added auxiliaries could improve the bonding fastness of TPU nanofiber membrane and polyester fabric,and the composite fabric had better air permeability and moisture permeability;the chemical bonding composite fabric had better air permeability and moisture permeability,but it’s expensive and complicated;the hot melt bonding composite fabric had high bonding fastness,but it could not ensure the integrity of the fiber membrane.
