摘  要:为充分发挥马尾松遗传改良效益,于2021年在福建省将乐国有林场对14年生的马尾松第1代种子园半同胞子代测定林进行调查,分析36个家系间生长性状的遗传变异,筛选速生优良家系。结果表明:马尾松第1代种子园半同胞子代14年生时树高、胸径、单株立木材积平均值分别为10.71 m、14.36 cm、0.0902 m^(3),遗传变异系数分别为2.37%、4.29%、9.05%,遗传分化系数分别为41.40%、42.39%、38.69%,狭义遗传力分别为0.2510、0.1217、0.1378;以单株立木材积遗传增益不低于10%为指标,筛选出5个速生优良家系,平均树高、胸径、单株立木材积分别为15.03 m、23.55 cm、0.1632 m^(3),遗传增益分别为10.12%、7.79%、11.14%,分别比当地40年生马尾松人工林混合种大49.11%、69.67%、81.54%。The genetic variation of 36 Pinus massoniana half-sib families from 1st generation seed orchard was analyzed on Fujian Jiangle State Owned Forest Farm in 14-year stage,and the fast-growing families were selected to give full play to the benefits of genetic improvement on P.massoniana.The result showed that the tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH)and volume was 10.71 m,14.36 cm and 0.0902 m^(3) respectively.The coefficients of genetic variation were 2.37%,4.29%and 9.05%,the coefficients of genetic differentiation were 41.40%,42.39%and 38.69%,and the narrow heritability were 0.2510,0.1217 and 0.1378 respectively.By taking the genetic gain of volume not less than 10%as the index,5 fast-growing families were screened out.The average tree height,DBH and volume were 15.03 m,23.55 cm and 0.1632 m^(3) respectively.The genetic gain was 10.12%,7.79%and 11.14%respectively,which was 49.11%,69.67%and 81.54%higher than the mixed seeds of 40-year-old plantation,respectively.
