摘 要:为了解决激光模拟射击中由于图像畸变和光斑中心定位误差而造成命中环数计算结果与实际值偏差较大的问题,提出一种高精度命中环数算法。算法通过参考点确定靶环中心,采用带阈值处理的灰度重心法计算光斑中心,利用参考点对畸变图像进行透视变形校正和径向畸变校正,消除因图像畸变而带来的计算误差,最后计算出准确的射击命中环数。实验结果表明,高精度命中环数算法能有效消除误差,提高命中环数计算精度,命中环数达到0.1环级别,光斑中心在靶面上的定位精度达到0.1 mm级,满足激光模拟射击技术要求,在激光模拟射击中具有实用意义。To solve the problem of large deviation from the actual value of hit ring count calculation due to image distortion and spot center positioning error in laser simulation shooting,a high-precision hit rings algorithm is proposed.The center of the target is determined through the reference point,and the center of the light spot is calculated by the gray-scale barycentric method with threshold processing.The reference point is used to correct the perspective deformation and radial distortion of the distorted image,the calculation error caused by the image distortion is eliminated,and finally the accurate number of hit rings is calculated.The experimental results show that the high-precision hit rings algorithm can effectively eliminate errors and improve the calculation accuracy of hit rings,with the hit-ring number reaching 0.1 ring level and the positioning accuracy of the spot center on the target surface reaching 0.1 mm,which meets the technical requirements of laser simulation shooting and has practical significance in laser simulation shooting.
