摘　　要：全人类共同价值是构建人类命运共同体的价值基础,而西方价值体系试图把世界历史终结于资本霸权体系,遮蔽了构建人类命运共同体的真理性与正义性诉求。全人类共同价值以科学性的理论特质、正义性的伦理内核、和平发展的实践导向实现了对西方价值体系的虚假性、剥削性、霸权主义的意识形态超越;它在坚持占据真理与道义制高点的先导性、抵御错误思潮与有害价值的批判性、关照人类总体发展与命运的使命性的三者有机统一中,为构建人类命运共同体价值基础提供了基本原则。而推动全人类共同价值的实践转化,需要积极参与全球治理体系改革和建设、构建新型国际交往平台、加强对外宣传与国际传播,以此促进外部世界对全人类共同价值的观念认知与价值认同。The common value of all mankind is the value basis for building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind,while the Western value system tries to end the world history in the capital hegemony system,obscuring the pursuit of truth and justice in building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.The common value of all mankind has realized the ideological transcendence of the falsehood,exploitation and hegemonism of the Western value system with the scientific theoretical characteristics,the ethical core of justice,and the practice orientation of peaceful development.The common values of all mankind have provided the basic principles for building the value foundation of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind in the organic unity of adhering to the leading role of occupying the vantage point of truth and morality,resisting erroneous trends of thought and harmful values,and taking care of the overall development and destiny of mankind.To promote the practical transformation of the common values of all mankind,we need to actively participate in the reform and construction of the global governance system,build a new platform for international exchanges,strengthen international publicity and communication,and promote the foreign awareness and value recognition of the common values of all mankind.
