摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是消化系统常见的慢性疾病之一,病性复杂且病程较长,可进一步发展至胃癌,是胃癌发展过程中的关键环节,多种相关炎症因子参与此环节,阻断此环节对预防胃癌的发生具有极大的价值。目前,现代医学尚无有效的方法干预此环节,因此寻求CAG的有效干预措施是诸多学者不断探求的目标。研究证实,中医药在治疗CAG疾病方面具有独特的优势,可通过多方位、多层次、多靶点发挥潜在的效果。本文旨在概括中医药在该领域的现状及治疗前景,为今后治疗CAG提供依据,更好地提高临床效果。Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is one of the common chronic diseases of the digestive system.It is complex and has a long course,and can be further developed to gastric cancer,which is a key link in the development process of gastric cancer.A variety of related inflammatory factors are involved in this link,and blocking this link is of great value to prevent the occurrence of gastric cancer.At present,modern medicine has no effective method to intervene in this link,so seeking effective intervention measures for CAG is the goal of many scholars.Studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of CAG disease,and can exert potential effects through multi-directional,multi-level and multi-target.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the current situation and treatment prospect of traditional Chinese medicine in this field,and to provide basis for the future treatment of CAG,so as to better improve clinical efficacy.
