摘  要:中频炉由于熔化合金时收的率高的特点,具有降低成本的优势,但高铬铁水在AOD转炉冶炼时存在过程温度高、铬氧化量大、硅铁消耗高等问题,通过对AOD转炉冶炼高铬铁水特性进行研究,在兑铁前加生烧白云石、生石灰及增加废钢加入量等方式来平衡过程温度,并对顶枪流量和枪位、废钢和铬铁加入时机等进行调整优化,有效解决了这些问题。同时利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对两种工艺下不同冶炼阶段的钢液中夹杂物形态和尺寸、成分进行了分析和对比。Due to the high yield rate of alloy melting,the medium frequency furnace has the advantage of reducing the costs,but there are problems of high process temperature,large amount of chromium oxidation and high consumption of ferrosilicon when smelting high chromium molten iron in AOD converter.Through the study of the characteristics of high chromium molten iron smelting in AOD converter,the process temperature is balanced by adding raw dolomite and quicklime before iron mixing and increasing the amount of scrap steel,and by adjusting and optimizing the top gun flow,gun position and the adding time of scrap steel and ferrochromium,these problems are effectively solved.At the same time,the morphology,size and composition of inclusions in molten steel at different smelting stages under the two processes were analyzed and compared by SEM and EDS.
