摘 要:本文通过对西沟矿石灰石开采、破碎、运输过程中而积压、堆存大量粉矿,在炼钢转炉上开展“石灰+石灰石熔剂粉矿”造渣工业试验,研究石灰石熔剂粉矿在转炉造渣的冷却效应、最佳替代比、脱磷率等。结果表明:转炉直接利用石灰石熔剂粉矿可提高资源进一步利用途径、减少高品级块矿生产与低品位粉矿消化之间的矛盾;通过优化转炉成渣途径可降低炼钢成本,石灰石熔剂粉矿造渣替代比可达到40%,石灰与石灰石的加入比为1比1.3时,即可满足转炉造渣脱磷碱度要求,吨钢生产成本可降低3元左右。In this paper,a large amount of powder ore was accumulated and stored in the process of limestone mining,crushing and transportation in Xigou Mine,and the lime+limestone flux powder slag-making industrial test was carried out in the steel-making converter to study cooling effect,optimal substitution ratio,dephosphorization rate etc.in converter slag making by limestone flux powder.The results show that the direct use of limestone flux powder in the converter can improve the further utilization of resources and reduce the contradiction between the production of high-grade lump ore and the digestion of low-grade powder ore.Steelmaking costs can be reduced by optimizing converter slag formation methods.The replacement ratio of slag making can reach 40%.When the addition ratio of lime to limestone is 1 to 1.3,it can meet the requirement of dephosphorization alkalinity of converter slag making,and the production cost per ton of steel can be reduced by about 3 yuan.
