摘  要:选矿厂二选工序含有浮选药剂的浮选中矿浓缩机溢流水进入二选循环水系统,造成二选选别磨磁厂房内刺激性气味大、分矿箱等设备泡沫多的问题。于是选矿厂开展了浮选中矿浓缩机溢流水走向优化改造,使其不进入二选循环水系统,解决了此问题,本文对改造后的效果进行评价。The overflow water from the flotation medium ore concentrator containing flotation reagents in the secondary separation process of the concentrating plant enters the secondary separation circulating water system,which causes the problem of large irritating smell in the secondary separation grinding plant and more foam in the ore separation box and other equipment.Therefore,the concentrating plant carried out the optimization transformation of the overflow water direction of the flotation medium ore concentrator to prevent it from entering the secondary concentration circulating water system,and solved this problem.This paper evaluated the effect after the transformation.
