摘　　要：通过对昕昊达公司球团竖炉制粒矿槽自动控制技术改造,实现了制粒矿槽上料自动控制,同时解决了可逆皮带跑偏和皮带压料的历史难题,预防了职业病的发生。系统投用一年多以来,安全稳定运行、效果良好。Through the automatic control technical transformation of the granulating ore trough in the pelletizing shaft furnace in Xinhaoda Company,the automatic control of the feeding of the granulating ore trough has been realized,and the historical problems of reversible belt deviation and belt pressing have been solved,thus preventing the occurrence of occupational diseases.Since the system was put into operation for more than one year,it has been running safely and stably with good results.
