摘 要:从全球聚乳酸纤维研发背景入手,利用Incopat专利数据库对全球聚乳酸纤维专利进行检索、筛选和分析,从全球聚乳酸纤维专利申请趋势、专利申请人排名、重点申请人专利技术等方面分析了聚乳酸纤维制备技术的整体专利趋势,重点阐述了全球重要申请人的专利布局和技术路线,并对我国未来的聚乳酸纤维制备技术专利申请与保护工作给出了建议。未来可加强环保、高效且适用于工业化的聚乳酸纤维制备技术的专利布局,进一步拓展聚乳酸纤维在强度、耐热性、耐老化性、染色性、抗菌性、阻燃性等方面的研究,并加快产业化进程。Starting from the global research and development background of polylactide fiber,the global patents of polylactide fiber were searched,screened and analyzed using Incopat patent database.This patent analysis was devoted to demonstrating the overall trends of patent applications according to patent application sources,ranking of global patent applicants and preparation technology of key patent applicants.The patent distribution and technical route of global key patent applicants were described in details.And some suggestions were given on the patent application and protection of polylactide fiber preparation technology in China.The patent distribution of environment-friendly,efficient and industrialized polylactide fiber preparation technology should be strengthened in the future,the research of polylactide fiber should be further expanded on strength,heat resistance,aging resistance,dyeability,antibacterial property,flame retardancy,etc.,and the industrialization process should be accelerated.
