摘　　要：综述了国内外纤维油剂的发展现状,并展望了其发展趋势。国内油剂产品的开发侧重于油剂整体配方与组成,而国外纤维油剂厂家能够对产品性能进行定向化、精细化的调控,且产业链协同性高。国内纤维生产用前纺油剂严重依赖进口,不利于中国纤维产业的长远稳定发展。随着精细化工产业的发展和油剂技术的不断进步,国产前纺油剂的应用性能已达到进口油剂水平,实现了对进口油剂的直接替代。指出中国纤维油剂的研发应不断适应纤维生产加工技术快速提升的要求,不断满足纤维产品差别化和功能化的需求,适应环保节能等方面的要求。The development status of fiber finishes at home and abroad was reviewed,and its development trend was prospected.The development of domestic finishes focuses on the overall formulation of finishes,while foreign fiber finishes manufacturers can conduct targeted and refined regulation of product performance with the help of the high-synergy industrial chain.China′s fiber spinning finishes are heavily dependent on imports,which is not conducive to the long-term stable development of China′s fiber industry.With the development of fine chemical industry and the continuous progress of finish technology,the application performance of China′s spinning finishes has reached the level of imported finishes,realizing the direct replacement of imported finishes.It was pointed out that the research and development of fiber finishes in China should continous meet the requirements of rapid upgrading of fiber production and processing technology,the requirements of differentiation and functionalization of fiber products,and the requirements of environmental protection and energy conservation.
