摘　　要：以特性黏数1.05 dL/g的聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)切片和特性黏数0.48 dL/g的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片为原料,采用特殊设计的并列型纺丝组件,通过复合纺丝生产PTT/PET外并列复合预取向纤维(POY),探讨了其生产工艺条件。结果表明:特殊设计的并列型纺丝组件采取喷丝板外复合方式,喷丝孔长径比大于等于3,生产的PTT/PET外并列复合POY截面呈花生形状,经后续加工后纤维蓬松饱满;在PTT与PET复合质量比为5050的条件下,控制PET纺丝温度265~275℃、PTT纺丝温度260~265℃、卷绕速度2400~2700 m/min、卷绕角5.0°~8.0°、卷绕张力0.10~0.15 cN/dtex,生产95 dtex/36 f PTT/PET外并列复合POY,生产稳定性好,满卷率高,纤维断裂强度为1.86 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为131.2%,产品质量指标达到优等品要求。Using polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT)chip with an intrinsic viscosity of 1.05 dL/g and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)chip with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.48 dL/g as raw materials,PTT/PET external side-by-side composite pre-oriented yarn(POY)was produced by composite spinning process using special side-by-side spinning packs.The production process of PTT/PET external side-by-side composite POY was discussed.The results showed that the PTT/PET external side-by-side composite POY with peanut-shaped cross section could be produced by using a special side-by-side spinning pack with length-to-diameter ratio of spinneret hole not lower than 3 which could accomplish the composite spinning outside spinneret and the fiber became fluffy and full after subsequent processing;the 95 dtex/36 f PTT/PET external side-by-side composite POY could be produced with stable production and high full-package rate under the conditions of PTT/PET mass ratio of 5050,spinning temperature of 265-275℃for PET and 260-265℃for PTT,winding speed 2400-2700 m/min,winding angle 5.0°-8.0°,winding tension 0.10-0.15 cN/dtex;the obtained fiber had the breaking strength of 1.86 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 131.2%,and the product quality reached the top-quality requirement.
