大有光扁平涤纶POY环吹风冷却改造及工艺探讨

摘　　要：在侧吹风冷却生产大有光三叶涤纶预取向丝(POY)生产线的基础上,通过将单个位纺丝箱体内10个组件由“一”字形排列改为“W”形错位排列,并配套安装“W”形错位排列的环吹风冷却系统装置和上油集束装置;取消卷绕设备的钢平台,更换甬道和升降导丝盘,实现大有光扁平涤纶POY的生产,并对生产工艺进行了探讨。结果表明:在过滤网精度为50μm,金属砂配比为40~60目100 g/60~80目150 g,喷丝孔采用同心圆形排布、长宽比为101,纺丝温度(282±2)℃,冷却风温(21.0±0.5)℃,冷却风压(20±1)Pa,集束位置800~850 mm和卷绕速度为2805 m/min的条件下,生产的280 dtex/288 f POY大有光扁平涤纶POY质量较佳,断裂强度为2.51 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为120.4%,含油率为0.36%,扁平度为3.4,可满足后道织造所需。On the basis of the production line of lustrous trilobal polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)by cross air quenching method,the production of lustrous flat polyester POY can be realized by transforming the 10 components in the single spinning box from straight line-type arrangement to W-type staggered arrangement,installing the circular air quenching system with W-type staggered arrangement and oiling collection device,removing the steel platform of the winding equipment and replacing the duct and the lifting guide disc.The production process was discussed.The results showed that the 280 dtex/288 f lustrous flat POY could be produced with the preferable quality,the breaking strength of 2.51 cN/dtex,the elongation at break of 120.4%,the oil content of 0.36%and the flatmess of 3.4,which can meet the weaving requirements,under the conditions of filter screen precision 50μm,metal sand proportion of 100 g 40-60 mesh/150 g 60-80 mesh,spinneret holes with the length-width ratio of 101 in concentric circle arrangement,spinning temperature(282±2)℃,quenching temperature(21.0±0.5)℃,quenching pressure(20±1)Pa,collection position 800-850 mm and winding speed 2805 m/min.
