聚酯装置酯化蒸气热利用现状分析及优化

摘  要:针对200 kt/a聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)装置酯化蒸气热量回收利用不足,存在巨大优化空间的现状,提出改造措施进行了优化。结果表明:通过新增板式换热器,用酯化蒸气给系统循环乙二醇(EG)、稳定EG、真空EG加热;给有机物汽提塔汽提风、热媒炉风机入口空气加热,提高进炉空气温度,降低热媒炉燃料气消耗;将富余蒸气热量加热热水并入装置外低温热水管网,大幅度降低冬季低温热水系统1.0 MPa蒸气用量等措施后,夏季酯化蒸气利用率从94%提升至100%,冬季酯化蒸气利用率从28%提升至100%,平均回收酯化蒸气热量8.49×10^(6) kJ/h,平均降本增效336万元/年,节能效果明显。Some optimization measures were carried out in view of the insufficient heat recovery and utilization of esterification steam and the huge optimization space of a 200 kt/a polyethylene terephthalate(PET)plant.The results showed that esterification steam was used to heat the circulating ethylene glycol(EG),stabilized EG and vacuum EG of the system through an additional plate heat exchanger;the furnace air temperature could be elevated and the fuel gas consumption of heat medium heater could be reduced by heating the stripping air of organic matter stripper and the fan inlet air of heat medium heater;when the surplus steam heat was used to heat water incorporating into the low-temperature hot water pipe network outside the plant and the 1.0 MPa steam consumption of the low-temperature hot water system in winter was greatly reduced,the utilization rate of esterification steam was increased from 94%to 100%in summer and from 28%to 100%in winter,and the average recovery of esterification steam heat was 8.49×10^(6) kJ/h,the annual average cost reduction and benefit increment was 3.36 million RMB yuan,indicating an obvious energy-saving effect.
