摘 要:为了解析核桃U-box基因家族在冷胁迫中的生物学功能,本文通过生物信息学在核桃全基因组中挖掘U-box(JrPUBs)成员,并对该家族成员进行分析,结合转录组数据筛选响应冷胁迫的差异表达基因,并分析该差异基因在不同组织中的转录水平差异。结果表明:在核桃(Juglans regia)全基因组中鉴定出55个JrPUBs基因,编码55条蛋白序列;聚类分析发现,核桃U-box家族成员分为2个亚组;冷胁迫下获得15个差异表达基因,其中JrPUB7、JrPUB9、JrPUB17、JrPUB18、JrPUB20、JrPUB21在根中转录水平较高;JrPUB42和JrPUB48在老叶中转录水平较高。推测该家族15个成员可能响应冷胁迫并参与植物器官发育的调控。In order to analyze the biological functions of the walnut U-box gene family,this study performed bioinformatics analysis to excavate U-box(JrPUBs)members in the walnut genome in response to chilling stress.The identified JrPUB members were analyzed on the physical and chemical properties,gene structure,conservative motifs,evolution relationship,cis-elements of the promoters and expressions.In the walnut(Juglans regia)genome,55 JrPUB members were identified encoding 55 protein sequences that clustered into 2 subgroups.According to the transcriptome data,15 JrPUB genes were differentially expressed in response to chilling stress and they were expressed in different tissues.The transcriptional levels of JrPUB7,JrPUB9,JrPUB17,JrPUB18,JrPUB20 and JrPUB21 were higher in roots.JrPUB42 and JrPUB48 were expressed higher in old leaves.JrPUB3,JrPUB9 and JrPUB12 were expressed lower in old leaves.Transcription of JrPUB42 was lower in tender stems and male flowers.It is speculated that 15 members of walnut U-box family may respond to chilling stress and participate in the regulation of plant organ development.
