摘 要:目的 探讨宫腔镜仿真模拟系统在妇科临床培训中的应用,以提高宫腔镜技术的临床培训效果。方法2018年9月—2021年6月,选取郑州大学第一附属医院住院医师规范化培训学员30名,随机分为研究组(n=15)和对照组(n=15),研究组进行1个月“理论知识学习+宫腔镜仿真模拟训练系统”的教学模式培训,对照组医生进行1个月的“理论知识学习+宫腔镜简易模具”的教学模式培训,对比分析两组人员的培训效果。结果 培训结束后,研究组与对照组理论成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。研究组与对照组技能总成绩比较,研究组成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。其中器械及设备的熟悉度、手术操作准确性、术中特殊情况处理结果尤为突出。研究组学员反馈评分总分高于对照组学员反馈评分总分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。其中学习效果、学习兴趣、临床思维能力以及培训满意度各单项评分皆优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),但两组学员学习压力及微创技术掌握情况自评评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 在妇科宫腔镜技能培训中引入宫腔镜仿真模拟系统可使妇科医生快速掌握宫腔镜手术技巧,为全面应用推广宫腔镜技术奠定良好的基础。Objective To explore the application of hysteroscopy simulation system in clinical training of gynecology,so as to improve the clinical training effect of hysteroscopy technology.Methods From September2018 to June 2021,30 trainees for standardized training of resident physicians in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=15) and control group(n=15).The study group carried out theoretical knowledge learning and hysteroscopy simulation training system for 1 month teaching mode training,the control group doctors received one month of theoretical knowledge learning and hysteroscope simple mold teaching mode training,and compared and analyzed the training effect of the two groups of personnel.Results After the training,there was no statistically significant difference between the study group and the control group in theoretical performance(P>0.05).Comparing the total skill scores of the study group and the control group,the results of the study group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);among which the familiarity of equipment and equipment,the accuracy of surgical operations,and the results of special situations during the operation were particularly prominent.The total feedback score of the study group students was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the individual scores of learning effect,learning interest,clinical thinking ability,and training satisfaction were all excellent In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the self-assessment scores of learning pressure and minimally invasive technology mastery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The introduction of hysteroscopy simulation system in the training of gynecological hysteroscopy can enable gynecologists to quickly master hysteroscopy techniques,and lay a good foundation for the comprehensive application and promotion of hystero
