摘 要:调相机作为大容量动态无功支撑设备,其重要性日益凸显。润滑油系统是保证调相机稳定运行的重要辅机系统,一旦发生异常将严重威胁调相机的正常运行。结合一起交流润滑油主泵、备泵周期性切换时主泵电源失电事件,对润滑油泵启、停逻辑和油压暂降情况进行详细分析,通过现场试验发现因主泵逆止阀效能下降引起润滑油母管压力下降较快而重启主泵,导致主泵进线塑壳断路器因电机重启电流过大而跳闸。润滑油泵电机为异步电动机,重启时启动电流大小与剩磁相关,最大可至十几倍额定电流,当电机在特定剩磁条件下重启时,启动电流过大导致进线塑壳断路器跳闸。根据分析结果提出更换逆止阀并在现场增加安装蓄能器的措施,通过试验验证了解决措施的有效性。The condenser is a large capacity dynamic reactive power support equipment,whose importance is increasingly prominent.The lubricating oil system is an important auxiliary system to ensure the stable operation of the condenser,once an abnormality occurs,it will seriously threaten the normal operation of the condenser.For a power failure event of the main pump during the periodic switching between the main and standby pumps of the AC lubricating oil pump,the start and stop logic of the lubricating oil pump and the oil pressure drop were analyzed in detail.It was found through field tests that the lubricating oil was caused by the decline in the effectiveness of the check valve of the main pump.The pressure of the main pipe dropped quickly and the main pump was restarted,which caused the main pump breaker to trip due to the excessive restart current of the motor.The lubricating oil pump motor is an asynchronous motor.The starting current is related to the remanence during restart,and the maximum current can reach more than ten times.When the motor restarts under certain residual magnetism conditions,the starting current will cause the incoming breaker to trip.According to the analysis results,measures were proposed to replace the check valve and install accumulators on site,and the effectiveness of the solutions was verified through experiments.
