摘  要:在变电站一次系统中,软母线因其布局灵活、运维简易等优点而被广泛采用,软母线的工艺质量直接影响变电站日常运行维护安全水平,同时弧垂作为软导线安装精度的重要控制指标而越来越受重视。站内架空导线普遍具有金具绝缘子串长且重量占比大、跨内档距短、弧垂小、两侧挂点高差不可忽略的特点,如若对此类因素考虑不周势必会对弧垂测算展放工作的精度产生重大影响,而简单的悬链线、抛物线模型无法准确计算弧垂及对应导线的下料长度。结合现场施工软母线实测物理参数,运用ANSYS软件对软母线下料长度进行了施工仿真模拟,并分析得出不同温度工况下的弧垂仿真值与设计值基本一致。工程实践表明仿真模拟结果与现场实测值吻合较为理想,为今后此类变电站软母线的放样长度计算提供科学借鉴。In the primary system of substation,flexible busbar is widely used because of its advantages,such as flexible layout and simple maintenance.The process quality of flexible busbar directly affects the safety level of daily operation and maintenance of substation.Meanwhile,sag is paid more and more attention as an important control index of flexible conductor installation accuracy.The overhead conductors in the substation generally have such characteristics as long hardware insulator string and large weight proportion,short span,small sag and the non-ignorable height difference of hanging points on both ends.If these factors are not considered carefully,it will produce a significant influence on the sag measurement and lofting.Therefore,simple catenary and parabola models cannot accurately calculate the sag and the blanking length of the corresponding busbar.Combined with the measured physical parameters of the flexible busbar in site construction,the blanking length of flexible busbar via ANSYS software was simulated.It was concluded that the simulated sag under various temperature conditions is basically consistent with the design data.This engineering practice shows that the simulation result is coincident with field measured value,providing a scientific experience for the calculation of blanking length in construction of flexible busbar accordingly.
