情感治理视域下《吕氏乡约》治安治理模式探析

摘　　要：《吕氏乡约》是中国首部成文乡约,情感治理是构成乡土社会微观治安治理的必要组成部分,以其切入探析《吕氏乡约》内在治安治理模式。《吕氏乡约》以情感认同发轫;从引导乡民内生性积极情感和促进乡约集体积极情感再生产两条思路出发,扎根治安微观治理;通过职位设置和集会仪式所蕴含的情感互动柔化治理方式;“规”和“情”的双重赋能是其底层逻辑。未来的乡村治安治理中,宜从挖掘本土特色乡规民约、培育发展新乡贤、空间活动参与路径角度出发,密切村民情感联结,提高乡村善治水平。Lyu Clan's Agreement is the first written rural agreement in China.From the perspective of emotional governance which is an essential part of the micro-public security governance in local society,this research explored the public security governance mode in Lyu Clan's Agreement.For Lyu Clan's Agreement,it began with emotional identification;it rooted in micro governance of public security by guiding villagers endogenous positive emotion and promoting communities positive emotion reproduction;it softened the governance ways through emotional interaction contained in post setting and assembly ceremony.Rule and emotion empowered the governance,which is the underlying logic.For future rural public security governance,it is advisable to strengthen villagers emotional connection and improve rural good governance level following such ways as exploring agreements with local characteristics,cultivating and developing new rural talents and encouraging participation in common activities.
