摘　　要：当今我国疫情防控进入常态化,毒品查缉取得一定成果,毒品获取难度增大,与此同时,部分不法分子和瘾君子寻求羟考酮相关药物(奥施康定、泰勒宁)作为毒品替代品,给禁毒工作带来新的挑战。文章对羟考酮及相关药物进行解读,以侦查机关破获的毒品犯罪案例为基础,分析总结犯罪现状及特征,探讨我国羟考酮相关药物管制存在的问题并提出相应对策,以期对我国加强精麻药品管理提供理论支撑和实践指导。Under normalization background of epidemic prevention and control in China,drug investigation has made some progress,and it is more difficult to obtain drugs.At the same time,some criminals and addicts seek oxycodone related drugs(Oxycontin and Tellorin)as drug substitutes,bringing new challenges to anti-drug work.Based on the drug crime cases solved by investigation organs,this paper interpreted oxycodone and related drugs,analyzed and summarized the status and characteristics of related crimes,discussed the existing problems of oxycodone-related drug control in China and put forward corresponding countermeasures,expecting to have important theoretical value and practical significance for strengthening the management of psychoactive drugs and anesthetic drugs in China.
