“全警实战大练兵”背景下武器使用研究现状及发展方向探究

摘　　要：以2004年以来“公安大练兵”为背景,以2011-2021年之间发表的武器使用研究论文为研究对象,从该类论文的时间分布、空间分布、研究主题等展开分析,结果表明:近十年以来,武器使用研究论文的发文量呈现波浪式发展;研究主题多集中于警务实战训练、宏观的法律权利和程序、武器使用教学研究等。结合当前武器使用研究论文的主要特点和研究局限,提出以应用射击、非致命性武器、长枪类枪支教学训练的普及等作为新的研究方向和领域,进一步加强我国武器使用研究,为促进武器使用研究的学术发展和警务实战训练提供参考。Under the background of whole-scale police training since 2004,this research took the weapon-use-related theses published between 2011 and 2021 as the research object,and conducted analysis from time periods,space distributions and research topics.It is found that the number of weapon-use-related theses presents a wavy trend in the past decade,and these theses mainly focus on practical police training,macro-level legal rights and procedures and teaching studies about weapon use.Based on the main characteristics and research limitations of the current papers on weapon use,this research put forward three new research trends which are applied shooting,non-lethal weapons and teaching and training of long guns,expecting to provide reference for promoting academic development on weapon use and police training under combat conditions.
