振腹疗法辅助改善妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究振腹疗法对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法 选取70例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者,按就诊顺序抽取随机卡片分为对照组与试验组,每组35例。两组均在常规护理基础上,对照组患者使用中医综合治疗,试验组患者使用中医综合治疗联合振腹疗法。比较两组患者术后肠鸣音、排气、排便、腹胀情况、临床主要症状积分及临床疗效。结果 试验组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及腹胀缓解时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者腹胀出现时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者第1次治疗前临床主要症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者在第2、3、4次治疗前及第4次治疗6 h临床主要症状积分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 振腹疗法对妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复具有显著的临床效果,是一种简便有效、经济实用的治疗方案。Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdominal vibration massage therapy on gastrointestinal function rehabilitation after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 70 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of treatment,with 35 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing,patients in the control group were treated with TCM comprehensive treatment,and patients in the experimental group were treated with TCM comprehensive treatment combined with abdominal vibration therapy.Postoperative bowel sound,exhaust,defecation,abdominal distension,score of main clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The intestinal sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time and abdominal distension relief time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the occurrence time of abdominal distension was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the scores of main clinical symptoms before the first treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and the scores of main clinical symptoms before the second,third and fourth treatment and at 6 h after the fourth treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 82.86%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal vibration massage therapy has significant clinical effect on gastrointestinal function rehabilitation after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and is a simple,effective,economical and practical clinical treatment program.
