心理护理联合健康教育在无痛人工流产术中的 效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨在无痛人工流产术中实施心理护理联合健康教育的应用价值。方法 选取380例行无痛人工流产术患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各190例。对照组术后使用常规护理,观察组使用心理护理联合健康教育。比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前,两组SAS评分(61.77±7.28)VS(61.36±6.98)、SDS(60.89±7.30)VS(60.53±6.86)无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS评分(46.20±4.76)、SDS(44.41±5.04)低于对照组的(49.32±5.15)、(47.52±5.11)(P<0.05)。观察组人工流产知识评分(94.89±2.37)、生殖健康(95.22±3.04)、避孕知识(93.39±3.27)、避孕方法(92.78±4.24)分,均高于对照组的(88.25±6.33)、(90.12±5.55)(89.37±7.22)、(87.70±6.90)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度,合理避孕率92.11%高于对照组73.68%;观察组月经恢复时间(28.77±4.25)d、并发症率1.58%、非意愿妊娠率1.05%低于对照组的(33.89±5.33)d、5.78%%、4.74%(P<0.05)。结论 对无痛人工流产术患者开展心理护理联合健康教育可缓解心理负担,提高生殖健康水平,降低非意愿妊娠率,具有应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing combined with health education in painless induced abortion. Methods 380 patients undergoing painless induced abortion were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 190 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing combined with health education. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Result Before nursing, SAS(61.77±7.28) VS(61.36±6.98), SDS(60.89±7.30) VS(60.53±6.86) had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing, SAS(46.20±4.76) and SDS(44.41±5.04) in observation group were lower than those in control group(49.32±5.15) and 47.52±5.11)(P<0.05). In the observation group, abortion knowledge score(94.89±2.37), reproductive health score(95.22±3.04), contraceptive knowledge score(93.39±3.27), contraceptive method score(92.78±4.24), They were higher than those in the control group(88.25±6.33),(90.12±5.55),(89.37±7.22) and(87.70±6.90),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 92.11% higher than that of control group 73.68%. The menstrual recovery time of observation group was(28.77±4.25) d, the complication rate of 1.58%, and the undesired pregnancy rate was 1.05%, which were lower than those of control group(33.89±5.33) d, 5.78%%, 4.74%(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with health education for painless induced abortion patients can relieve psychological burden, improve reproductive health level, reduce the rate of unwanted pregnancy, and has application value.
