摘　　要：为了提高污水处理效率与质量,本文在了解污水处理的运作要求与运行环境等情况的基础上,设计了以三菱Q系列PLC为中心、两台FX系列PLC为从站、MCGS组态画面为辅助监控手段的污水处理全自动化控制系统。同时增加了远程控制功能,能够让使用者在现场嵌入式触摸屏或者远程Web端进行访问与控制,减少现场人员的同时也能对出现的故障进行及时分析与制定维修计划。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of sewage treatment,on the basis of understanding the operating requirements and operating environment of sewage treatment,this paper designed a fully automatic sewage treatment control system with Mitsubishi Q series PLC as the center,two FX series PLC as the slave stations,and MCGS configuration screen as the auxiliary monitoring means.At the same time,the remote control function is added to enable users to access and control on the on-site embedded touch screen or remote Web terminal,reduce the number of on-site personnel,and at the same time,timely analyze the failures and develop maintenance plans.
