摘 要:为解决我国南海油气开发过程中存在的注水管柱易腐蚀问题,通过动态腐蚀实验模拟了海水环境下三种不同材质注水管柱试片的腐蚀规律,获得了不同条件下三种管柱用管材腐蚀速率的详实数据,并明确了海水作用时间和现场温度是影响管材腐蚀程度的两个最主要因素,这为后续优选注水管柱提高了可靠参考依据,进而有效确保海上油气井注水管柱的长周期安全运行。In order to solve the corrosion problem of water injection string in the process of oil and gas development in the South China Sea,the corrosion law of water injection string test pieces made of three different materials in the seawater environment was simulated through dynamic corrosion experiments,and detailed data on the corrosion rate of three types of pipe materials used for pipe strings under different conditions were obtained,and it was clear that the seawater action time and site temperature were the two main factors affecting the corrosion degree of pipe materials,This provides a reliable reference for the subsequent optimization of water injection strings,thus effectively ensuring the long-term safe operation of water injection strings in offshore oil and gas wells.
