摘　　要：为解决自动售货机空间利用率低、补货人工成本高、运营成本高等问题,设计一种无人售货机的自动出货补货装置。该装置能够通过红外线感应装置感应是否需要补货,能在备用货物堵塞无法流下时使备用货物顺利流下,并能实现推出组件多次推出,防止各电机的空转影响其寿命,并实时反馈货物剩余数量与预计补货时间。In order to solve the problems of low space utilization rate,high replenishment labor cost and high operating cost of vending machine,an automatic shipment and replenishment device of unmanned vending machine is designed.The device can sense whether the need for replenishment through the infrared sensing device,can make the spare goods flow smoothly when the spare goods are blocked and cannot flow down,and can realize the launch of components for many times,prevent the idling of each motor from affecting the life of each motor,and real-time feedback of the remaining quantity and expected goods replenishment time.
