摘 要:文章利用CFD仿真软件Converge研究了甲醇喷射正时对柴油/甲醇双燃料HCCI发动机燃烧和排放特性的影响。研究结果表明:随着甲醇喷射正时提前,缸内混合气质量提高,缸压峰值和压力升高率均升高,缸内温度分布更加均匀;当甲醇喷射正时提前角度较小时,缸内混合气存在明显的浓度梯度,使得燃烧始点前移;随着甲醇喷射正时提前,SOOT,HC和CO的排放量显著减少,当甲醇喷射正时为150℃A BTDC时,HC排放量最低;甲醇喷射正时的提前也减弱了甲醇汽化潜热对缸内温度的影响,导致NOx排放量升高。The effect of methanol injection timing on the combustion and emission characteristics of diesel/methanol dual-fuel HCCI engine was investigated by using CFD simulation software Converge.The results show that:With the advance of methanol injection timing,the in-cylinder mixture quality increases,the peak cylinder pressure and pressure rise rate both increase,and the in-cylinder temperature distribution is more uniform.When the angle of methanol injection timing advance is small,there is an obvious concentration gradient in the in-cylinder mixture,which makes the combustion start point shift forward.With the advance of methanol injection timing,the emissions of SOOT,HC and CO are significantly reduced,and the lowest HC emissions occur when the methanol injection timing is 150℃A BTDC.The advancement of methanol injection timing also weakens the influence of latent heat of vaporization on the in-cylinder temperature,which leads to the increase of NOxemission.
