摘 要:文章采用Tracepro软件对一个5 kW小型非共轴聚光型太阳能模拟器建立数学模型,通过实验验证了模型的准确性,并计算得到了太阳能模拟器中聚光镜的结构参数(旋转角度θ、后端开口直径、前端开口直径)和氙灯光源的安装误差(光源离焦、偏转角)对太阳能模拟器焦平面热流密度峰值和辐照不均匀度的影响规律。研究结果表明:太阳能模拟器焦平面热流密度峰值与辐照不均匀度随聚光镜旋转角度呈现逐渐下降的趋势;热流密度峰值与辐照不均匀度随聚光镜后端开口直径增加分别呈下降和上升趋势;热流密度峰值与辐照不均匀度随前端开口直径增加分别呈上升和下降趋势;光源离焦对焦平面热流密度峰值有负影响;光源偏转角度对热流密度峰值和辐照不均匀度几乎无影响。文章研究结果对太阳能模拟器聚光镜结构及汇聚光斑性能优化提供了理论指导。In this paper,a concentrating numerical model was developed with the assistance of Tracepro software based on a 5 kW non-coaxial solar simulator.The concentrating numerical model was employed to investigate the effect of geometry parameters(rotation angle,back opening diameter and front opening diameter)of solar simulator and installation error(deflection angle and defocus length)of xenon light source on the value of peak flux and irradiation non-uniformity.The results showed that both the value of peak flux and irradiation non-uniformity decreased with the increasing in rotation angle value.The increasing in back opening diameter and front opening diameter have a reverse effect on the value of peak flux and irradiation non-uniformity.The increasing in back opening diameter decrease the value of peak flux,but promote the value of irradiation non-uniformity.Inversely,the increasing in front opening diameter can promote the value of peak flux,but decrease the value of irradiation non-uniformity.The defocus length had negative effect on the value of peak flux and the deflection angle of xenon light source had little effect on the value of peak flux and Irradiation non-uniformity.The results in this paper can provide a theoretical guide for the designing and optimizing the structure and concentrating performance of non-coaxial solar simulator.
