美白祛斑护肤品的制备及其应用研究

摘　　要：本文使用肌肽、九肽-1、α-熊果苷、二甲砜和植物天然防腐剂等化合物协同配合,制备得到一种具有美白效果的组合物和美白祛斑护肤品。将美白祛斑护肤品与市售普通护肤品对比美白效果、酪氨酸酶活性抑制率、安全性以及皮肤亮度和皮肤亮白度等性能,测试结果表明,使用本文制备的美白祛斑护肤品的受试者在14 d~56 d内其皮肤亮度明显提升,黑色素明显下降,美白祛斑护肤品对酪氨酸酶活性抑制率、安全性测试、皮肤亮度和亮白度明显优于市售普通护肤品。Carnosine,nonapeptide-1α-Arbutin,dimethylsulfone and natural plant preservatives are synergistically combined to prepare a whitening composition and a whitening and freckle skin care product.Compare the whitening effect,tyrosinase activity inhibition rate,safety,skin brightness and skin whiteness of the whitening and freckle removing skin care products with the ordinary skin care products on the market.The test results show that the subjects who use the whitening and freckle removing skin care products prepared in this paper have significantly increased skin brightness and decreased melanin within 14 d~56 d.The inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity,safety test,skin brightness and brightness of the whitening and freckle removing skin care products are obviously ordinary skin care products on the market.
