摘  要:本文以内蒙褐煤为原料,采用不同的工艺方法提取提纯腐植酸,测定其中的铁含量,结果表明,用EDTA作脱除剂制取腐植酸样品,最佳用量为0.5g,脱铁率为22.89%;利用EDTA处理制备好的腐植酸样品,脱铁率为73.12%,灰分含量为42.21%;利用EDTA络合样品中的铁和酸洗的方法,使腐植酸中的铁含量降低,脱铁率为77.66%,灰分含量为2.23%。In this paper,the humic acid was extracted and purified from Inner Mongolia lignite by different processes,and the iron content in the humic acid was determined.The results showed that the optimum amount of EDTA used as the remover was 0.5 g,and the iron removal rate was 22.89%.The prepared humic acid sample was treated with EDTA,the iron removal rate was 73.12%,and the ash content was 42.21%.The iron content in the humic acid was reduced by complexing the iron in the sample with EDTA and pickling.The iron removal rate was 77.66%,and the ash content was 2.23%.
