摘 要:随着科学技术的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,普通活性炭的吸附性能已经无法满足社会发展的实际需求,要通过对高比表面积活性炭制备技术的研究,满足各方面的发展需要。目前在高比表面积活性炭的制备上,大体可以分化学活化和物理活化,前者有着较丰富的理论和实践基础,目前被广泛应用,后者在某些技术方面还处于研究阶段,未广泛使用。为此,本文首先阐述了高比表面积活性炭的特征,然后对两种活化方法的原理、研究结果和影响因素进行分析,以期可以更好地优化化学活化方法,加强物理活化方法的研究,最终促进高比表面积活性炭制备技术的升级和完善。With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the adsorption performance of ordinary activated carbon has been unable to meet the actual needs of social development.It is necessary to meet the development needs of all aspects through the research on the preparation technology of high specific surface area activated carbon.At present,the preparation of activated carbon with high specific surface area can be roughly divided into chemical activation and physical activation.For this reason,this paper first describes the characteristics of high specific surface area activated carbon,and then analyzes the principles,research results and influencing factors of the two activation methods,in order to better optimize the chemical activation methods,strengthen the research on physical activation methods,and finally promote the upgrading and improvement of the preparation technology of high specific surface area activated carbon.
