摘  要:烧碱化工是化工工业的基础工业,随着全球对化工产品的需求不断增加,人们对离子膜电解的效率和能耗要求就越高。通过对离子膜电解的工艺分析,找出影响离子膜电解槽电压的主要影响因素,分析出电解槽温度、电解液杂志、离子膜的自身构造、阴阳两极的性能等因素对离子膜电解槽电压都有影响,其影响影响对电解槽电压的作用进行深入的辨识分析,提出有针对性的预防电解槽电压升高的预防措施和建议,从而保证离子膜电解槽电压的稳定、电解槽电解的效率和降低电解的电耗和经济成本,促进离子膜电解槽烧碱制取工艺的快速发展。Caustic soda chemical industry is the basic industry of chemical industry.With the increasing global demand for chemical products,people have higher requirements for the efficiency and energy consumption of ion membrane electrolysis.Through the analysis of the technology of ionic membrane electrolysis,and find out the main factors that influence the effect of ionic membrane electrolyzer voltage,analysis of the cell temperature,electrolyte magazine,ionic membrane structure,the performance of the Yin and Yang of factors have effect on ionic membrane electrolyzer voltage,its affect on the role of the electrolyzer voltage identification of in-depth analysis,In order to ensure the stability of voltage of ion membrane electrolytic cell,the efficiency of electrolysis of ion membrane electrolytic cell,reduce the power consumption and economic cost of electrolysis,and promote the rapid development of caustic soda production process of ion membrane electrolytic cell.
