摘 要:为进一步提升综采工作面的煤炭回收率、煤炭开采效率等指标要求,在配置先进、高自动化、智能化水平综采设备的基础上,还需配置最佳采煤工艺。本文以6#煤层工作面的开采为例,在对其地质、水文等条件分析的基础上,对可应用于该工作面开采工艺的可行性进行评估;并基于长壁整层综放开采的放顶煤开采工艺采用正交试验手段确定最佳采煤工艺参数,并最终的实际应用效果进行分析。In order to further improve the coal recovery rate,coal mining efficiency and other index requirements of the fully mechanized working face,the best coal mining technology should be configured on the basis of the configuration of advanced,highly automated,intelligent level fully mechanized mining equipment.Taking the mining of 6#coal seam working face as an example,this paper evaluates the feasibility of the mining technology that can be applied to the working face on the basis of the analysis of its geological,hydrological and other conditions.Based on the longwall full mechanized top coal caving mining technology,the orthogonal test method is used to determine the best mining technology parameters,and the final practical application effect is analyzed.
