摘  要:为解决传统黄酮类化合物检测方法存在精度、成本以及稳定性不能兼顾的问题,在对黄酮类化合物生物特性、传统检测方法的优劣势对比以及电化学检测法特点概述的基础上,确定了电化学检测应用的可行性;其次,根据相关要求完成了待测液体的处理和微电极的制备;最后,对电化学检测法在黄酮类化合物检测的实际检测效果进行了测试分析。In order to solve the problem that the accuracy,cost and stability of traditional flavonoids detection methods cannot be considered,the feasibility of electrochemical detection was determined based on the biological characteristics of flavonoids,the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of traditional detection methods,and the overview of the characteristics of electrochemical detection methods.Secondly,the liquid to be measured and the microelectrode were prepared according to the relevant requirements.Finally,the actual detection effect of the electrochemical detection method in the detection of flavonoids was tested and analyzed.
