摘　　要：针对硝基苯精馏再沸器制备硝基苯工艺的危险性问题,对硝基苯制备工艺展开研究,并对其工艺流程环节中的危险因素进行分析;通过实验方式对硝基苯和间二硝基苯两类危险物质的危险性进行综合分析,并针对性地提出了安全预防措施,为保证硝基苯的高效、安全生产奠定了扎实的理论基础。In view of the danger of nitrobenzene preparation process by nitrobenzene rectification reboiler,the preparation process of nitrobenzene was studied,and the risk factors in the process were analyzed.The risk of nitrobenzene and m-dinitrobenzene was comprehensively analyzed through experiments,and the safety precautions were put forward,which laid a solid theoretical foundation for ensuring the efficient and safe production of nitrobenzene.
