摘  要:针对Al-Mn-Mg系铝合金铸轧板表面夹渣缺陷进行了SEM形貌观察、EDS能谱成分分析和铸轧工艺的试验研究,确定该缺陷是因氧化膜破裂而导致的。进一步的实验证明,在其它条件一致的情况下,通过合理控制前箱液面高度(11~14mm)、采用较小的嘴辊间隙(0.6~0.8 mm)、合理设计铸嘴内部结构,可以基本消除此类铸轧板表面夹渣缺陷。The inclusion defects on the surface of Al-Mn-Mg aluminum alloy cast-rolled sheet were observed by SEM, analyzed by EDS and experimentally studied by casting and rolling process. It was determined that the defects were caused by the breaking of oxide film. Further experiments show that, under the condition of the same other conditions, by reasonably controlling the liquid level of the front tank(11 ~ 14 mm), adopting a small nozzle-roll clearance(0.6 ~ 0.8 mm), ensuring a high melt quality and reasonable internal structure of the cast nozzle, the surface inclusion defects of the cast-rolled plate can be basically eliminated.
