摘　　要：从医务人员职业健康防护角度,系统梳理了近十年我国相关政策和立法的积极进展。从政策进展层面和立法进展层面介绍了相关标准、国家发布系列文件及保护和关爱医务人员的系列政策措施,以及《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》《中华人民共和国民法典》《中华人民共和国基本医疗卫生与健康促进法》《中华人民共和国医师法》等法律。展望未来,我国医务人员职业健康防护工作任重道远。This article summarizes the remarkable progress of relevant policies and legislation on occupational health protection for health workers in the last decade.In terms of policy progress,occupational health standards,national documents for health system reform,and series policies on the protection of essential rights and interests for health workers have been issued by central government.In regard of legislative progress,occupational health protection for health workers has been strengthened by laws,including the Law on Mental Health,the Civil Code,the Law on Basic Healthcare and Health Promotion and the Law on Physician.It is an arduous task and the road is long for occupational health protection for health workers in China in the future.
