摘　　要：目的:比较西藏自治区非手术科室与手术科室护士静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)预防知识水平的差异,为有针对性地开展VTE预防护理工作提供指导。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2019年11月—12月使用临床护士VTE预防知识问卷对西藏自治区6个地级市和1个地区的59所医院1117名护士进行问卷调查。结果:手术科室与非手术科室护士的VTE总体知识水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但手术科室护士基础知识水平优于非手术科室(P<0.05);手术科室的规范化VTE预防流程开展明显优于非手术科室(P<0.05)。结论:西藏自治区手术科室护士的VTE预防知识水平优于非手术科室,管理者需要关注不同科室VTE预防工作的开展,开发适合西藏自治区的培训模式,为护士提供持续性、高质量的培训,提高护士知识水平,提升临床VTE预防护理质量,改善患者结局。Objective:To compare the difference of Venous Thromboembolism prevention knowledge between nurses in surgical departments and non-surgical departments in Tibet Autonomous Region,and provide guidance for the targeted VTE preventive care.Methods:We conducted a questionnaire survey among 1,117 nurses from 59 hospitals in 7cities(regions)of Tibet Autonomous Region from November to December 2019 by convenient sampling method.Results:There was no difference in the overall knowledge of VTE between surgical departments and non-surgical departments,but the basic knowledge level of nurses in surgical departments was better than that in non-surgical departments(P<0.05).The standardized VTE prevention process in the surgical departments was significantly better than that in the non-surgical departments(P<0.05).Conclusion:The knowledge of VTE prevention and care of nurses in surgical departments in Tibet Autonomous Region are better than those in non-surgical departments.Managers should pay attention to the development of VTE prevention in different departments,develop a training mode suitable for Tibet Autonomous Region,provide continuous and high-quality training for nurses,improve the knowledge level of nurses,improve the nursing quality of clinical VTE prevention,and improve patient outcomes.
