摘 要:利用高精度颜色传感器AS73211采集颜色信息并实现光信号到数字信号的转换,测量数据通过STM32核心控制单元传输上位机进行数据处理及显示,同时可以通过上位机发送指令控制系统的工作状态。系统实现了对纺织物颜色测量的自动化控制,有效提高了颜色测量的效率。为检验系统测量的准确性,进行了测试实验,实验结果表明:系统对多种纺织物色卡测量的结果与标准值的之间的色差小于0.4,测量结果准确,可应用于传统纺织、印染领域的纺织物颜色测量。The system uses the high-precision color sensor AS73211 to collect color information and realize the conversion of light signals to digital signals.The measured data is transmitted to the upper computer through the STM32 core control unit for data processing and display.At the same time,the upper computer can send instructions to control the working status of the system.The system realizes the automatic control of textile color measurement and effectively improves the efficiency of color measurement.In order to verify the accuracy of the system measurement,a test experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the color difference between the system measurement results of a variety of textile color cards and the standard value is less than 0.4,the measurement results are accurate,and it can be used for color measurement of textiles in traditional textiles,printing and dyeing fields.
