摘 要:针对医学界以往关节角度检测系统环境依赖性高,空间局限性大,价格昂贵等问题,设计了一种以加速度计传感器BNO055芯片为主控板的关节角度自检测系统。建立关节成角模型模拟生物骨骼活动姿态,加速度计传感器检测骨骼角度变化,BNO055对数据进行处理,通过USB TO TTL小板将处理后的数据传输给计算机端,在Visual Studio完成人机交互,实现可视化功能。实验结果表明:该系统的角度测量误差在±4°,且算法简单、体积小、受环境影响小、价格低廉。Aiming at the problems of high environmental dependence,large space limitation and high price of joint angle detection system in medical field,the BNO055 chip with accelerometer sensor is designed as self-detection system for joint angle of main control board.The joint angle model is built to simulate biological bone activity posture,and accelerometer sensor detects bone angle change.Obtained data is processed by microprocessor in BNO055,and processed data is transmitted to computer through USB TO TTL small board.Visual Studio is used to complete human-computer interaction and realize measurement value visualization.The experimental results show that the angle measurement error of the system is±4°and algorithm is simple,small in size,small in environmental impact and low in price.
